I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a lovely view of the pedestrian street below. The service was top-notch, especially Loreta who was always there to assist us. The location was superb, very central and within easy reach of all the main attractions in Pristina. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide variety offered. Overall, a great value for money option with a few minor drawbacks.

The dining options were very good with plenty of varieties to choose from, although not comparable to some other luxury hotels. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
Staying in the suite was amazing with plenty of space, but the breakfast area could use more seating and the constant piano music in the bar was a bit overwhelming. The hotel offers a high-quality service that stands out in Prishtine.
